Refund policy

We keep things simple — but we do have standards.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed

  • returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • free from stains, odours, pet hair, or visible damage

  • hygiene label (if applicable) attached and undamaged

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items

  • Socks, towels, or headwear

Items sent back that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@latenotice.com so we can review and resolve it.

Photo evidence is required when submitting a faulty return request via the returns portal.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges

Eligible returns can be submitted within 30 days of delivery for:

  • an exchange for a different size in the same item, or

  • store credit with a bonus 10% added

All returns must be lodged via email request to hello@latenotice.com

Important notes:

  • return shipping labels are available for AU, NZ, and US customers

  • free size swaps apply on your first exchange (AU, NZ, US only)

  • bonus store credit must be used immediately and is not transferable

  • one return per label (multiple returns must be submitted separately)

  • return shipping fees apply and vary by region


    Exchange items are only reserved once your return is received and processed. If your selected exchange is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.

 

Refunds

Refunds must be lodged within 10 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • items must meet all return eligibility requirements

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • an $8 processing fee applies per refund

  • Final Sale items are non-refundable

  • refunds are not available on previously exchanged orders

  • return shipping fees apply

Sitewide Sale Events

For purchases made during major sale events (including Black Friday, Boxing Day, End of Season, and similar):

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned

  • all other items are eligible for store credit only


Final Sale

Final Sale applies to items marked as Final Sale or discounted 40% or more.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
No exceptions.
